Refund policy

At 2Piece Boutique, we strive to provide quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date or purchase date, if in store purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, when applicable.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Sale or clearance merchandise
  • Accessories, jewelry, hats, and hair accessories
  • Bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, and undergarments
  • Gift cards
  • Customized, personalized, or special-order items
  • Any item marked “Final Sale”

Return Shipping

Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

2Piece Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment until the return has been processed.

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request by emailing m.alcala@2pieceboutique.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return mailing address.
  3. The item(s) must be shipped within 7 calendar days of receiving return authorization.
  4. Upon receipt, the returned merchandise will be inspected to verify compliance with this policy.
  5. If approved, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days. Store credit will be provided electronically and may be used toward future purchases.

Rejection of Returns

2Piece Boutique reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy. Items returned that do not meet eligibility requirements may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Payment Installment Program Returns

Items purchased through payment installment programs are not eligible for store credit until all scheduled installment payments have been completed and the order has been paid in full. No exceptions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify 2Piece Boutique within 3 days of delivery by emailing m.alcala@2pieceboutique.com with photographs of the item and packaging. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Policy Changes

2Piece Boutique reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.

By completing a purchase with 2Piece Boutique, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return Policy.
